Placing an Order
You will be asked for your delivery address and payment details. Confirmation of your order will be made by email.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept PayPal payments which allow registered users or guests to pay securely via credit card or other PayPal allowed method. We do not have access to, nor do we store your financial information on our servers at any time.
Can I Add To An Existing Order?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to add to an existing order. A quick fix for this is to complete our Contact Us form as a second order may need to be placed.
When Will I Be Charged For My Order?
Payments via PayPal or Amazon are charged at the time of order through those services per their standard usage agreements. Bloccs USA does not ever have access to payment information.
What Is a Card Security Code (CSC)?
Your Card Security Code is just a little extra security for online transactions. This number can be located on the signature strip on the back on your card. If you are paying by American Express this will be the four-digit code on the front of your card.
Can I Order Via Phone?
At this time, it is only possible to place your order online.
Has My Order Been Successful?
After your transaction has been processed by PayPal or Amazon and you have reviewed and submitted your order, you will see an order confirmation page. You will also be sent an email with your receipt for purchase. If you don’t see your email, please check your spam folder.
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
When Will My Order Be Sent?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm EST. Orders placed within these hours will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next business day (excluding Holidays).
Shipping & Delivery Options
We will choose the most expeditious shipping method to ensure timely arrival of your purchase, usually through US Mail Service, FedEx, or UPS. Options for standard and expedited shipping are available at checkout, and include:

EXPEDITED DELIVERY – 2-3 business day shipping ($7.75)
Can I Ship To An Address Outside The US?
International Delivery outside the US is not available through the Bloccs USA website. However, Bloccs are available from Amazon in other countries including; Amazon UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Australia. Please visit your local Amazon Marketplace to see what options are available.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
A tracking number will be emailed to you and will confirm how to track your order. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact us.
Other Delivery Questions
Can my order be shipped to a separate address, such as a vacation spot?
Yes, if it is more convenient, we can deliver to a different address e.g. your workplace or holiday destination. We can deliver to your family and friends anywhere in the US. Please include the delivery address details when ordering.
Can orders be split for multiple addresses?
Only one address can be used per order; place a separate order for each delivery address.
Can I buy a Bloccs Cast Cover in a Store?
It is not currently possible to buy Bloccs protectors from stores in the US. Please order online.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
No, our products are exclusively shipped to customers.
Is it Possible to Order an Out-of-Stock Item?
If you require items that are being shown as ‘out of stock’, please contact us.
Returning A Product
Returning an Unwanted Item
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it, unused, in its original condition within 4 weeks from the date it was purchased. Any delivery charges will not be refunded. Please retain proof of return postage.

Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be received, processed and credited to your account. Returns are usually processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays).
Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost or damaged orders must be reported to us within 2 weeks of the original date of purchase.
How Do I Return My Order?
A return can be requested via our contact form. We will require your order ID, email address, and reason for return. Your order ID can be found on your email order confirmation. If you created an account during checkout, you can also go to the ‘orders’ section of the account area. If you don’t have your order ID, please contact our customer service team via telephone for help.
Once your return request has been approved, we will contact you via email confirming the US Return Delivery Address. The customer is responsible for return postage fee – please retain proof of your return shipment.
What is the Return Address?
The US Return Delivery Address will be provided once a Return Request has been approved. Please note orders placed within the US should not be returned to the UK address on the packaging or the US office address, shown on the website.
How Long will it take to Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be received, processed and credited to your account.
Can I Request an Exchange?
The return process would need to be followed and a separate order would need to be placed.
I Have Received the Wrong Item
If you have received an item that is different to what you have ordered then please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can arrange the safe return of this item and the quick dispatch of the correct item.
Our aim is for all of our customers to love everything we do. In the unlikely event this is not the case we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we can put it right for you and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

Full usage and safety instructions will be included with your Bloccs waterproof cast covers. You should read these instructions carefully before using the product and ensure that the instructions are adhered to. The decision to wear the Bloccs protector when taking a bath, shower or using it for any other water-based activity is taken at your own risk. Medical advice should be sought to ensure that the activity will not affect the injury.
