Orders can be placed directly through the website.
Once you have added the last item to your shopping cart please follow the checkout process.
It is possible to place an order via phone with our UK based customer service team; Mon to Fri: 2:00am - 09.30am (CST)
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled or changed only if they have not been prepared for dispatch.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or change orders can be accommodated.
It is likely that a second order will need to be placed.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering, this will include your order number and details.
If you don't receive either email, please CONTACT US.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, why not deliver straight to family, friends, your workplace or even to you on vacation. We can deliver anywhere in the USA, just include the preferred delivery address details when ordering.
CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.
CAN I SHIP TO OUTSIDE OF THE US?
International Delivery outside the US is not available through the Bloccs USA website. However, Bloccs are available from Amazon in other countries including; Amazon UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, USA, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Australia. Please visit your local Amazon Marketplace to see what options are available.
CAN I BUY A CAST COVER IN A STORE
It is not currently possible to buy Bloccs protectors from stores in the USA. Please order online.
WHAT ABOUT BANK HOLIDAYS?
We are closed during all national bank holidays. We will not ship any orders on these days - all orders will be shipped the next working day.
Our website will be kept up to date with all closures.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
