• HOW CAN I ORDER?

    Orders can be placed directly through the website. 

    Once you have added the last item to your shopping cart please follow the checkout process.  

    It is possible to place an order via phone with our UK based customer service team; Mon to Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm.

  • IS THERE AN ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

    All orders placed before 2:30pm will be shipped same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

    Any orders placed after this time will be shipped next working day.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not yet been prepared for dispatch. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate these requests.

    If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to change or cancel please contact us.

  • HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

    You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering, this will include your order number and details.   You will receive another email once your order has been shipped.

    If you don't receive either email, please CONTACT US.

  • CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

    Yes!

    You can get your cover delivered to your workplace, family, friends and even some vacation destinations.

    We can deliver anywhere within the UK, just include the preferred delivery address details when ordering.

  • CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

    Yes but you must place each order separately.

  • CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

    International Delivery outside the UK is not available through the Bloccs UK website.

    We have websites available in Australia, USA, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Poland that offer a range of delivery options. Just select the website needed.

    Bloccs are also available from Amazon in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, USA, Canada, Mexico, UAE, Singapore Japan and Australia.

  • CAN I BUY A CAST COVER IN A STORE

    It is not currently possible to buy Bloccs protectors from stores in the UK. Please order online either through our website or Amazon.

  • WHAT IF I MISS THE CUT OFF TIME?

    All orders are shipped as soon as possible. This is typically the next working day.

    If you are looking to place an order and it is after our cut off time you can check Amazon for the product needed as they may have quicker delivery times.

  • WHAT ABOUT BANK HOLIDAYS?

    We are closed during all official bank holidays. We will not ship any orders on these days. Orders placed during this time will be shipped the next working day.

    Our website will be kept up to date with all closures.

  • I HAVEN'T USED MY BLOCCS® COVER ARE THEY RETURNABLE?

    We hope that you are happy with your cover but if it has been less than 30 days since purchase and the cover is unused and in its original condition you are able to return it. Simply create an account here. Once logged in you should be able to see your order details as well as an option to request a return. Once approved you will receive an email with the return instructions.

  • I HAVE RECEIVED MY COVER BUT WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

    If you need a different sized cover from your original order you can return your cover and reorder one in the correct size.

    We are always available to help with any sizing inquiries you can check out our sizing page or contact us directly if you need any help.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.   To help speed up your shopping experience we also accept Express Check out options: Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. 

    Delivery options may vary depending on payment method.

  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    All payments are charged at the time of order through those services per their standard usage agreements. Bloccs® does not retain your payment information.  

  • DELIVERY OPTIONS

    We have two options available for delivery:

    Standard

    Expedited

    All times and costs will be given at checkout.

  • COLLECTION

    Collections are currently only available from our factory in Yate near Bristol, England Mon-Fri 9am - 3pm.

  • Bloccs® are available in a number of other countries. If you need a cover delivered outside the UK you can change to the corresponding Bloccs® website or check your local Amazon marketplace.
