Bloccs® are easily stretched over the cast or dressing to make a watertight seal. The correct circumference is vital for a watertight seal but the length can be longer than measured. To achieve the best fit, consider both adult and child sizes.
Finding the right size cover is very important to ensure the maximum use from the cover.

Finding The Right Size ARM COVER!
STEP 1: Do you need a full or a short cover?
If your cast ends below the elbow short cover is fine. If your cast ends above the elbow you will need a full cover.
STEP 2: Measure for the right cover length.
Measure from the fingertip to just above the cast or dressing.........
STEP 3: Measure for a watertight seal.
Measure the distance around the arm just above the cast or dressing.
STEP 4: Check the Size Chart.
From the Arm sizing chart, choose the Bloccs® cover which will fully fit over the cast or dressing.

STEP 1: Do you need a full or a short cover?
If your cast ends below the knee a short cover is fine. If your cast ends above the knee you will need a full cover.
STEP 2: Measure for the right cover length.
Measure from the heel to just above the cast or dressing..........
STEP 3: Measure for a watertight seal.
Measure the distance around the leg just above the cast or dressing.
STEP 4: Check the Size Chart.
From the Leg sizing chart, choose the Bloccs® cover which will fully fit over the cast or dressing.

Finding The Right Size ELBOW COVER
Measuring is the key to a great fit!
Our elbow and dressing protectors come in sizes to fit both children and adults. To ensure a watertight fit, be sure to follow these steps:
STEP 1: Measure for the right cover length.
Measure from the forearm to the bicep to get the minimum length of elbow protector needed (A).
STEP 2: Measure for a watertight seal.
Measure around the arm at the bicep (B) and at the forearm (C).
STEP 3: Check the Size Chart. From the Elbow sizing chart, choose the Bloccs® cover which will fully fit over the elbow dressing.
Size is determined by the seal size not the length. The larger size elbow protectors have a larger seals around the arm and are shorter in length.

Finding The Right Size KNEE COVER
STEP 1: Measure for the tight cover length.
Measure the length of the dressing please allow extra for the seal either end (A).
STEP 2: Measure for a watertight seal.
Measure the distance around the leg above (B) and below (C) the cast or dressing.
STEP 3: Check the Size Chart.
From the Knee sizing chart, choose the Bloccs® cover which will fully fit over the cast or dressing dressing.
Note: Always measure for a watertight fit.
